COBRA SYSTEM R-SERIES “ADDER” TACTICAL REPEATING CROSSBOW

This is perhaps is the biggest innovation in the crossbow market ever - this weapon changes everything. The collaboration between EK Archery, one of the largest crossbow manufacturers in the world, and Jörg Sprave has resulted in a truly ground-breaking product after years of work.
Until now, crossbows have been very strong, but also clunky, difficult to cock and even more difficult to transport. The purpose of these crossbows: to fire a single shot, from ambush (in hunting crossbows, for example, in the USA). The arrow is rather disposable - modern hunting crossbows are so strong that it is very easy to damage the expensive arrow.
The "Adder", on the other hand, is a completely new design. It is extremely compact, very easy to cock due to the integrated lower lever and has an enormously high rate of fire due to the integrated magazine. The five arrows in the magazine can be put on the move in less than ten seconds with a little practice.
In addition, the "Adder" can be disassembled into its main components in less than a minute without tools and can then be transported in a small, unobtrusive bag.
The 7.5 inch arrows or bolts feature screwed tips and reach a whopping 30 joules at 130 pounds draw weight. Arrow velocity is approximately 78 m/s (256 fps), making the "Adder" accurate even at distances up to 50 yards.
In our tests, the standard field tips ("Field Tips") penetrated through several layers of clothing and a thick layer of ballistic gel, then perforated a coconut moulded into the gel block.
The detachable tactical buttstock is adjustable. The gun can also be used without the buttstock, making it even more compact if needed.
The included all-metal red dot sight (Red Dot) is continuously adjustable vertically and horizontally.
